Best audio quality out of my gear?

Audio-Technica AT2035 Large Diaphragm Studio Condenser Microphone
Presonus AudioBox USB
Shock Mount
Accenta Pop FIlter
XLR Cables (ProSoundGear) Authorized Dealer

Programs:
Virtual Audio Cable
Adobe Audition CC 2015 to use.

So now what do I do to tweak my pc settings, the gear and adobe audition to produce the best quality I can with the gear?

With that gear, I would be using a good sound card in the computer, I don't see you listing that.

While a lot of higher end systems have good on-board audio chips, in your case you want the maximum signal quality out of the system, which means a good sound card. http/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829132010 has a built-in headphone amp and a $50 rebate right now.

This is a mic setup and he's using the Presonus AudioBox USB, no sound card needed.
