My budget is 400 and below$-490$ and I mainly focus on Rendering, Programming, Unity5 , and some Visual Studio. I have allways wanted a AMD-FX machine but Hyper-Threading and Turbo boost are some technologies i really need. So far i have been looking into i5's, i do some light gaming but am fine with using the integrated graphics. It should have visualization support.
I have been recently looking at these, the dell one was cut from 800 to 400 during winter sales.
