Best Budget Ultrabook for me

I am in the market for an Ultrabook in the price range of $500-600. I know it's not a large budget by any extremes but what are some good models with a touch screen. My needs are productivity on word, excel, and PowerPoint as well as some coding. I need this for school by the way. I am willing to wait for the new haswell ultrabooks. What should I buy?
