What the best time of year to buy parts for a PC? (Don't say black friday)

Memorial Day Sales or July Forth Sales?

To me it always seems like the sales are all the same. Even Black Friday is just normal sales that I see every week. Different parts different weeks go on sale. If you want the best price just follow the parts you want for several weeks checking 2-3 times per week.
