Best Drones to select for aerial security and surveillance?

I am building a network of drones for security operations. I will be using FlytSecurity for connecting drones with each other. Please help me to choose the best drones for security and surveillance purpose.

I don't see anything that prevents folks who don't like being spied on, and who know a thing or two about wireless networking, from taking them down by turning off the motors in mid-air.

It happens quite a lot around this part of the world.
