Best DSLR < 1500 & Best for Video

This is a easy one but probably the reviewer must obey to sponsor rules and discard other much better cameras.

Let's just check some differences:
Video Resolution
Canon 70D - 1920 x 1080
Samsung NX1 - 3840 x 23160

Sensor Resolution
Canon 70D - 20MPS
Samsung NX1 - 28 MPS

Continuos Drive
Canon 70D - 7 fps
Samsung NX1 - 15 fps

And we could keep on...

Maybe the reviewer only had 1 camera to choose for: the Canon 70D

I'm not a Samsung fan boy. In reality I hate Samsung for leaving the DSLR (almost for sure) and I will have a fantastic lens in a few years that will die when the Samsung NX1 reach the end of life.

I still have my beloved Canon 7d (that I don't use anymore), with several lens to use in a few years when the NX1 stops working...
