Solved! Best Free Hard Drive Recovery Program

I accidentally flipped my hard drive while it was powering on, and the drives partition is now set to RAW.
I have tried multiple data recovery programs (Disk Drill, and Recuva to no success) and (EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, and M3 Data Recovery which show the files) but the problem with the latter 2 is that they only allow a small recovery size (1 GB) without paying and I have 217 GBs worth of Data.
What I'm wondering is if there are any programs like the last 2 that are completely free?

Try TestDisk. If your data is really important and the programs seem to be able to recover it, then cost is not really an issue. Get a backups drive for the next time this happens.
