Looking for gaming headset with good mic and sound quality. And yes I heard about getting a good headset and a studio mic but I rather not have less space

Solution
Mic quality:
Kingston HyperX Cloud Pro 9.5/10
Logitech G533 (7.1 Wireless) 9.0/10
Logitech G430 8.5/10
Roccat Kave XTD 5.1 Digital 7.0/10

Audio quality:
Roccat Kave XTD 5.1 Digital 9.0/10
Kingston HyperX Cloud Pro 9.0/10
Logitech G533 7.1 Wireless 8.5/10
Logitech G430 7.5-8.0/10

Hope I helped. I included a little bit of something from most price ranges. If you're looking for pure surround sound audio quality, and a dedicated mic for around 150-160 USD, the Roccat Kave XTD 5.1 Digital is hard to beat.

If you're looking for a good mic, and damn good audio quality for around 100 USD. The Logitech G533 Wireless and Kingston HyperX Cloud Pro are both very good.

If...

Hope I helped :)

(This is only from personal experience, but I can safely talk about these headsets because I've owned them)

I was actually answering the person's question. He asked what are the better gaming headsets with a dedicated mic. Not "What can I do after buying a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M50Xs to get microphone out?"

My audio quality metric is subjective to other gaming headsets, not the world of studio grade headphones. These are all headsets I've owned. Note: Headsets, not headphones.

Yeah I understand that. Just understand that my audio quality metric was compared to your other gaming headsets. Compared to studio grade on-ear monitors, even the highest end gaming headsets would be about a 4.0-4.5/10. I agree with you on that. I'm just trying to answer his question within the frame he asked.
