Best hi-fi system/Bluetooth speaker for ~£100?

I've been trying to research the best speakers but am really struggling. I thought that speakers with a higher wattage would be better, however, after reading various articles I now know this is not true, which only makes it harder to find the best speakers because I'm not sure what to look for.

Anyway, I'm basically looking for advice on what to look for when choosing a sound system and how to gauge sound quality.

I've been looking at Sony gtk x1bt's, are they any good and are there any better systems around the same price or cheaper?

if you want a simple bluetooth speaker for quality of sound these are excellent.

I wouldn't call it a hifi system. A old school integrated amp and speakers would sound better. Used gear might come in at 100quid but not new.

Thanks for the reply, that looks like a great speaker for the price, how would the one I mentioned compare for about £50 more?
