Best Laptop around $500-700

I'm planning on buying a laptop for college that can also run games at a decent fps. I don't plan on playing beautiful AAA games. In addition, graphic settings don't matter to me.(i play on the lowest settings with a low resolution anyway. Currently I play csgo with lowest settings on 800x600 and I am perfectly fine with it).
