Hey guys, i'm looking for a laptop at around 300$ that can play games like CS:GO, Dota 2, and most importantly, can run photoshop as i am looking for something to edit on the go. Maybe if possible i can squeeze an ultra low setting for GTA V but that's not necessary, and also support for HDMI and upgrading ram, SSD isn't something important but preferable.

Maybe i can squeeze just a bit more money but less than 50$.

Solution
Your best option is the $300 Acer Aspire ES 15 which has a Core i3-6100u with the Intel HD 520 graphics core. It has a 1366x768 screen.

Here's a video of Dota 2 being played on a similar laptop with different settings.

Here's CSGO with a couple of different settings.

GTA 5 in 3 different resolutions. However, it is only driving. There is no combat which would cause performance to be lower.

You're going to have to look for something used or something local on Craigslist or a service like that. You'd probably have to spend closer to $600-700 to get a laptop like that

Solution
It seems Amazon's "price-bots" raised the price of the Acer from $300 to $350, so here is a similar laptop from Lenovo for $310.

https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Ideapad-110-15-i3-6100U-Black/dp/B06XB5S7TT/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1500775762&sr=1-3&keywords=i3-6100u

For $350, the following newer Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575-33BM is a better option since it has a 7th generation Core i3-7100u CPU with the Intel HD 620 vs. the other Acer laptop with a 6th generation CPU. It also has a 1080p screen, but depending on the game you may need to drop the resolution to 1366 x 768 / 1600 x 900 for better performance.

You do not really have much of a choice. For around $300 US, the best laptop with an Intel CPU is the 6th generation i3-6100u and it's integrated Intel HD 520. The best $300 laptop with an AMD processor will have the A8-7410 like the HP linked below for $285 USD. The processor performance is a bit lower compared to the i3-6100u and it's Radeon R5 (Beema / Carrizo-L) is less powerful than the Intel HD 4000 found in 3rd generation Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 CPUs.
