Best laptop for a computer since student for 610$!

Usage: Developing apps(for android), running virtual machines, developing websites and also occasionally working in GIMP, INKSCAPE, BLENDER 3d etc.
Also I am looking for a battery that can last at least 4hr.

For GIMP and BLENDER you might look for and i5 or i7 CPU
