Best laptop for SketchUp & Vectorworks. Not heavy. Any budget

I need to buy a laptop for 3D modelling in SketchUp & Vectorworks & then rendering. As I(girl) can work from various locations, it should not be too heavy/bulky(Screen not more than 15'' I would say). Budget is not an issue. (Buying for a long term, so would rather opt for better specs/weight rather than save)

Inclined to purchase:
Dell Precision 5000(good weight under 2kg)
Dell Precision 7000(SDD storage, but too heavy)
1) Any good alternatives?

(There is a default option of Win10, but Win 7 is also available.
I'm quite conservative, so would opt for Win 7 if no valid reasons to go for Win 10)

it has got a 128gb ssd so windows would boot up lightning fast and your programs too.
you've got a rainbow keyboard (looks matter too right?).
next to that u have got a strong graphics card so it can handle the hardest programs.
a 1tb hdd so u can drop in some movies and whatever u want.
and its pretty lightweight under 2 kilo.

but where are you from because we might get a better deal for u

its 14 inch / full hd/ lightweight/ extremely fast/ has got a ssd for booting up windows and your programs fast/ has got a gtx 970m so graphical issues don't exist/ the i7 will do multitasking with ease/ ac wifi for 1gb/s wifi if your router supports it.

consider this

downside: it can produce a lot of noise under heavy load but with a headset and music on it should be bearable.

Both GS40&GS60 have 128 SDD, correct? I like the GS40 14'' (thank you!) as it's smaller + graphics card looks like is better on this one(3GB here, 2GB on GS60). Any pros for GS60?
I read reviews that MSI are not only quite noisy, but can overheat, any concerns about that?

both have got a 128gb ssd correct.
a 2gb can be more powerful than a 4gb graphics card you can see this by the number gtx960m (the m behind the number means its a laptop graphics card) but yours has got a 970m which is stronger(gs40)

pros gs60 has got a 1cm larger screen and a rainbow keyboard to the gs40 white backlight keyboard

yes indeed the msi laptops can be quite noisy under heavy load like when u play the witcher 3 on ultra.
however with a headset you should be able to withstand that.

for the heating problems yes they can get quite warm it would be a good investment to get a laptop cooler stand.
this means the fans don't need to spin that hard and will so reduce the noise.
however there will be still be some noise under high load
