Best laptop to buy for sims 4

Hi, I’m looking to buying a laptop with good battery life and will also be fast and suitable for playing sims 4 I have $1000 or so to spend but don’t wanna go to crazy. Or if possible I would spend more money on a MacBook if it catered those two things

The Sims 4 has very low requirements. For around $1000 a Macbook Air will run it decently. Any modern i5/i7 Windows laptop would be suitable as well. Just keep in mind, when playing any SIMS game on a computer, you will need a lot more resources and space than the minimums for the game. You will add things to it (items, hacks, worlds, etc.) that will take up a lot more than you think. Not to mention adding other additions for the game as well, which takes up more space and resources.
