Best laptop under 700 CAD

I am looking for a $700 CAD laptop. It will be primarily used for office work like word and excel because I am a student, and should be able to play YouTube with no difficulty.
Specs:
HD screen 1920x1080
Preferably has a DVD player
17 inch display

Good laptop, love the core i7,only the 900 price is a bit too much for me...... What about this one:

The laptop is capable of it but amds tend to run hotter than intel and also consume more power. If you can find a 6th gen i3 ulv chip then it will be able to do what you want.
