Best place to buy a laptop?

hi im from the US and looking for a new laptop.. Is there a general consensus on what the best brand of laptop is? (reliability, performance, etc) Also where can i buy laptops for the cheapest price?

Asus, Clevo (Sager), and Lenovo are the brands that seem to be the best (from what I've experienced and from what others typically say).
