Best programming laptop

What would be a good programming and computer graphics laptop. I am willing to spend 1000 and up. I will be running autodesk and other softwares that require a good amount of memory for the computer. What is better an MSI or an Asus, should i get a computer that is for gaming because they have alot of speed.

You don't really need any special laptop for programming, it's just typing. You may want to put in some more details as to what you'll be doing. Otherwise with your budget just pick any large screen laptop with an i7 CPU, ASUS is a good brand, so is Lenovo ThinkPad series.

Either MSI or ASUS is fine, for programs that do a lot of data crunching and can use the video card to process stuff, you would want a laptop with a dedicated video card.

ThinkPad W530 would be great for your type of work.
