Then all you need is a five-ten dollar bluetooth dongle, the sound card on the PC has nothing to do with transmitting the music via bluetooth.

^^ Pretty much this. At that point, the amplifier is doing all the audio processing. Bluetooth is just transmitting the digital audio stream to the amp for processing.
