Best stores to buy gaming laptoms (Preferably inside EU due lower tax rate)

I have been searching internet for a Quite while looking for stores with best prices for their devices. For example xoticpc.com got awesome prices compared to prices in my state (Slovakia) Laptoms around 1500 usd would cost here 2000€+. My biggest problem is the tax rate when shipped from USA to Slovakia. For Laptop in price range from 1500-2000 usd I could pay 400-700usd only for shipment and taxes and which is insane. Can you help me and recommend me some good sites/stores? I am looking for any type of notebook with gtx 1060/1070. Thank you for any advices.
