Best Surround Sound for Price

All my life I have always been cheap on music equipment. I usually buy the $5 headphones, $10 speakers and usually use speakers provided. I want to upgrade to a 5.1 Surround Sound System. I like to game on my computer and ps4, Watch movies and shows on my tv, and listen to music through smartphone. I was wondering what would be the best system under $175? I am not interested in vibrating my whole house. I am in a small room with neighbors. I am also not a audiophile and will most likely not pick up on the small stuff. I just want the nice sounding affect of surround sound.

The Acoustic Audio system will not work with your TV since it only have discrete inputs. It won't take a digital signal and process it to surround sound. The Yamaha is speakers only and you would need a surround receiver too. I would suggest an Onkyo HTiB system as a good entry level setup that you can expand on later if you want.
