I need a used Fortnite rig for under $100
It has to have at bare minimum Core i3 2.4 Ghz, 4 GB RAM, Windows 7/8/10 64-bit

Uhh, good luck. Not to sound snarky, but with that price expectation, you'll have more luck finding a used machine placed curb-side for trash day collection.

For the lowest price with a reliable working history, look into a refurbished Dell and HP desktop unit.

You would definitely need to add a graphics card as well though. The i3-2100 only include Intel's HD Graphics 2000 integrated GPU, while the minimum requirements call for at least HD 4000, a graphics chipset that should be somewhere around 3 times as fast, and that's for low settings and resolution.

Do you happen to have another computer available already? If so, list its hardware specs. It might be possible to just add a cheap graphics card to it to allow it to run the game.

Not happening, you also need a video card not just the base specs. Minimum specs would be pretty bad to play that game. You will be lagging, freezing and dying.

Maybe if you double your budget you can find a system with a 750Ti in it or something similar on craigslist.
