Hi. I need laptop for older people, which wanna save some bucks. Need something with:

-Good windows 10 support;
-Higher base, turbo clocks cpu with more cores;
-Better with nvidia or amd gpu;
-Ram and ssd not big problem, just need with more ram support etc.;

This is a very broad question, "older people" can be anything. To a 18 yr old, 25 is "older".

What are the uses for these systems? Dedicated video so you are looking at gaming systems? What is the budget exactly?
