Better headphones than Sound Intone CX-05 in that price range?

Hi, is there any better headphones than Sound Intone CX-05? I know these are even comparable to 80$ Beats when those only cost 20-30$ but I just can't order them, so I wanted to know are there better headphones than Sound Intone CX-05 and Apple EarPods too for 20-30$? I need headphones for music listening (EDM, Electronic) and film watching. Thanks for the help!

Don't have the Sound Intone to compare but since you mentioned Apple earpods. I recommend you check eBay for Apple In-Ear headphones. They actually sound really good. I use them with an Audioquest dragon fly DAC/AMP and love the sound. Normally the In-Ear headphones go for about $75 but I've seen them go for about 35$ on ebay the last time I searched for them.

AKG K52s are decent for such a low price, you can probably get them for $30.
I have a pair of K92s and they are a little more expensive, I paid £33. They are good for the money, but quite flat as they are studio headphones, forum posters I've seen prefer the K52.

I have EarPods already, I just want to upgrade them to something better you know

I looked on K52 and they aren't an option for me, because they aren't that portable and with headphones like that, admit it you gonna look strange when walking in the city.

em.. no. I don't think I could care about anything less than if someone might look at me and think "oh, those headphones are big".
