Could you please help a mom choose between these three I'm not sure which is better thanks

They are all pretty different, touch screen, convertible and then a large screen system.

Pick which one you like. None of them are good for games past low spec ones, and the hard drives are all the same slower ones, so pick the size you like.
 
I would pick the intel pentium - option 2 as I am assuming you are using this for normal use. It should have the best battery life and the wifi is ac which will make a huge difference to the web difference as long as you have a router that supports it.
