Hi,

Have you tried enabling the Wifi and Bluetooth using the fn+F2 key which enables/disables both Bluetooth and Wifi?
- If toggling the fn+F2 doesn't enable the Bluetooth and Wifi proceed with uninstalling/reinstalling both drivers.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Wifi and Bluetooth drivers.
- Once both uninstalled, down load and install the drivers from Dell's Support site.
- Here's the link: http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER03171485M/1/Network_Driver_N80VN_WN32_10.0.0.0_A00.EXE
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- If after installing the driver will still not work I would suggest running System Restore first, bring it back to an earlier date or time before the problem even happened.
- Here's how...

- Here's how to run System Restore: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ph/windows-10/windows-10-recovery-options
- Last option if all these will not work is to reinstall Windows 10.
