i want to upgrade my pc BOIS setup, so what i want to do?

Go to your motherboard manufacturers site, and look for the bois, and follow their directions. There are some differences depending on brand and board, and without knowing what you have it's hard to tell you exactly what to do. Is there a specific reason you want to upgrade the bios?

Why do you want to update the Bios. There is no need to unless you have issues or need added features.

the easy way is use the bios updater that built into most mb bios. all you nned do is download and unzip the bios to a usb stick.
then plug the stick into the pc and go into the bios and under advance mode will be the bios updater. point it to the usb stick and let the bios updater update and reboot your pc. after your pc reboots and you see the bios boot screen go back int oyour bios hit f5 and save the factory default.
