Bitdefender trial safepay not picking up my bank?

Hello,
Yesterday I was recommended Bitdefender by a very kind user who gave me a link to the product.
I tried out the trial which was really good.
However, when i try to use safepay with my bank, it does not pick it up?
By the way, I am in uk.
Help much Appreciated 😀
