how to unlock bitlocker drive when its show i/o device error...........

That is a hard-drive issue, not a bitlocker issue. If the hard-drive is bad, and you absolutely NEED the files from it, and you have no backups, you need to bring it to a repair shop that does drive recovery. Will cost a bunch though.
