Black Screen Aspire One(Acer)

Screen goes black WHILE using the unit...I then have to hold the power button until unit is off and restart...This is NOT a new problem with this unit, but I'm not getting any clear/fix answers

Hi, what model of Acer do you have? If you can, try an external monitor to see if you have a picture.

Aspire One Cloudbook 14.....I'm kinda comp illiterate too...
