Black screen in Asus A002a

The asus phone makes noise but I have a black screen .

The phone works you can hear the messages and all the different things coming bu5 I can’t get pas5 the black screen I have tried to reset it I can’t get the l9gon9r phone name noth8ng will show up.

Then you need to have it looked at. The display has either come loose or it is damaged and needs replacing.
