Black screen of Death on my Toshiba Laptop

I have a Toshiba Satellite C75D B7215.My WiFi has been running like molasses in December all day. An hour ago in the middle of browsing, the screen went gray and froze. I shut down and restarted, and got the BSOD! Says no bootable device found. I have tried f2, f12, off and on several times in a row, Boot order every way known to man. I don't have a recovery CD. Running Windows 10. The only thing I have done different is I am experimenting with Tor. Have been pretty active in social media discussions regarding the Vegas Shooting and am pretty political. Think I was silenced? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

check in your bios to see if your hard drive is seen there.

I know this is a stupid question...but how will I know? Not a Bios whiz....
