Blackened cooling tubes acer aspire 7750g

Hi, recently my laptop ( an acer aspire 7750g) started showing problems with overheating. So i tried to open it as far as i could to try to clean it a bit from the inside. The keyboard wouldn't come of whitout fear of breaking it, so i only managed a part of it. But what i saw made me a bit afraid, the cooling tubes seem to be partly blackened. Is this just dirt, or is it burned ( couldn't scrape it of), how bad is this?

Hi, don't worry about the black paint, the company who made the thermal module put the black paint on it. If you disassemble further, you will see more of the black paint.
