blank screen after unplug and plug the vga

im using 32"toshiba and 22"asus. before i unplug the vga everything is working. but after i unplug the vga (just for cleaning the fan) and plug it again my toshiba do not display anything. but my asus just fine. tried the cable into my asus it work but not with my toshiba, tried my toshiba on hdmi and dvi both blank. sometimes my toshiba will appear but everything is green.

Sounds to me like the Toshiba may be faulty - - indeed what you've explained kinda proves it is faulty if the ASUS one works okay.

but when i tried using vga cable my toshiba can display my pc, it just does not work with hdmi. and it all happen after i unplug the vga, before i unplug the vga my toshiba work just fine. i already try everything for the last 2 days till i dont know what should i do next
