Blaupunkt TV issue! Help!

So I have a blaupunkt TV we brought it with no remote.
Anyway the colour was off so I tried to sort it out in doing so I've accidently reset the TV to factory settings.
But now I cannot change the channel to HDMI 1 which I need.
I can get the channels up but cannot select one using the buttons?!
I've tried using unverisal remotes but they do not work I think it may be an issue with infrared etc.
Can I fix this or is the TV just busted?

You can try the Panasonic codes on the universal remote instead, because most Blaupunkt devices are rebranded Panasonics.

Well I've just had a look at it but vol - does nothing and instead of vol + actually selecting it just moves up and down. None of the buttons will actually select. I think it's just gone? Cause I don't know what else to try.
