Solved! blown fuse

so back in August my laptop battery was bloated so I bought a new one to replace it. since then my laptop is always showing power plugged in but the power percentage won't go up. a few days ago my laptop shutdown on me and won't turn on at all so I took it to repair and they suggest me to buy a new adapter. I was able to turn on my laptop with the new adapter and the power percentage was going up for a while. however after restarting yesterday the power percentage stopped going up and it even dropped a bit today. I ran a hardware test and it says I have a blown fuse. should I just buy a new battery and replace it again?

If you bought a cheap battery could be the battery is bad.
