Blu ray Drive only plays DVDs, NOT Bluray's

My Bluray drive used to play Bluray discs until it suddenly just stopped. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers which didn't work and have used one of those laser cleaners where you drop cleaning liquid on the brushes on a disk and put it into the drive.
The model is Lite-On iHOS104

can you see files on the blue ray disk?

If so it may be a Blue Ray decoder software problem

If you can not read the files on the disk there may be a problem with the Blue Ray laser & circuits or a dirty disk ?

I've had Blu-Ray movies that previously worked suddenly stop working on my LG Drive. Turned out the drive was fine. It was the playback software that required updating (Cyberlink PowerDVD9). Once I updated that, everything worked just fine again.
