Blue screen image on my laptop

My acer aspire e1572g laptop won't open when installing winsows 10 crashed @ 81%. When i tried opening it, a blue screen is shown with the following:
"We couldn't complete the updates
Undoing chamges
Don't turn off your computer"

What ahould i do? I needed my pc sooo much! Thanks

Just install the OS that worked fine for u.... For the time being until u know if ur pc is compatible with Windows 10...that could be the issue
