My computer has Been running slow and runs programs really slow to the point where a lot of them are unresponsive, also my computer heats up when I play games on it, HELP PLEASE!!!

Have you recently installed any new software or hardware? Have you tried updating your video drivers off Toshiba's site? Have you run both a virus and malware scan with current definitions? Start with those 3, then we'll go from there. Oh, and back up everything while you can in case it's a dying GPU...
