I had a blue screen of death yesterday and I was wondering if anybody knew how I can fix this.

The error said: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
tcpip.sys

The laptop rebooted back to the login screen afterwords. The laptop has all the drivers up to date and doesn't have any viruses. Plus the laptop is 4 months old.

My laptop model is this one: https://www.scan.co.uk/3xs/configurator/gsync-gaming-laptop-geforce-intel-skylake-17in

If that helps anyone.

Solution
Check all of your drivers are up to date and make sure your windows updates are also latest. If the problem persists it could be bad memory paging (less likely) or bad RAM stick (significantly more likely)
First of all, why need help if it's fixed? Second there are usually viruses that just can't be spotted by an Anti-Virus, if you have the same problem again, I suggest you to get your HDD replaced with a brand new.

Please no cancer green of all colours. Irql is memory related not Hdd related

It's not always what you think, is it? 😉 And I suggest you to not tell me what to do because, it simply won't be no use, lol.

First of all why is it ram related as this usually only happens once a month. Second I am sure it is not hdd related as it is new. I am looking to see if it is network related. Will see if installing the latest network driver helps.
