bluetooth and Wi Fi does not work

I am using toshiba satellite C50-A P0010 laptop.It has inbuilt bluetooth and Wi Fi but BT and Wi Fi does not work.I am using windows 7 ultimate(32 bit) OS in my laptop.Why BT and Wi Fi does not work? Or I need to install any other driver? Please solve my problem.

If you installed Win 7 Ultimate yourself, then you need to go to Toshiba's website to download the Win 7 drivers for those devices... if they have it.
