Bluetooth doesn't work

Hello, i just bouht a laptop aspire, and when i click on bluetooth nothing happens, what sould i do, i need some special software or something?

Make sure the bluetooth is turned on.

Also, make sure that the device you are trying to pair is set to pairing mode.

Are you sure it even has bluetooth.
