Solved! Bluetooth not working

Hello, I am having bluetooth problem in my Laptop (HP G42). It shows the bluetooth driver already installed. But I am unable to find any device from my laptop and even I am unable to find my laptop from another bluetooth device. Please help. Thanks, Razzak

First, make sure the BT module is started. It should show you an icon on the taskbar, in the clock group.
Then, go to Control panel> Administrative Tools> Services and make sure the Bluetooth Support Service is started and automatic.
