Hi,
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- First is to run Windows Update and install all the updates available.
- Next is to uninstall/reinstall the Intel Wifi/Bluetooth driver.
- Open Device Manager and uninstall the Bluetooth driver.
- Next is to connect your laptop hardwired first so you can download and install the latest driver or you can just download the driver first before you uninstall the Wifi/bluetooth driver.
- Here's the link:

Windows 10:

- Reboot the laptop once the driver has been successfully installed.
- After the reboot try to pair the Bluetooth Mouse with the laptop again and observe if the same problem will persist or not.
- Do also change the battery of the Mouse as well if the same problem will persist.
