Bluetooth wireless audio from Sharp TV

I have a Sharp Model LC-60EQ10U Smart TV. However it does not have Bluetooth. What device may be connected to the TV to enable Bluetooth so that wireless headphones or wireless speakers may be used?

If your TV only has optical audio out then you would need one of these:
