My Boost mobile zte speed's charger port had broke, so I sent it in for repairs. I recently got it back, and charged it fully, but when it said it had finished charging I unplugged it, and attempted to turn it back on, to no effect.
Unfortunately, if it is not working after you sent it in (I am assuming to boost) to get it fixed, you will need to contact them. It sounds like either something else was damage or they damaged it when you sent it in.
If it wasn't boost you sent it to, then I would take it back to the repair place.
