My dell computer is asking to boost and to insert a boost media as soon as I open my computer.wt shld I do??

I am guessing you mean "boot" not "boost". Check the hard-drive to make sure it's seated properly and that it's listed in the BIOS as a device and is in the boot options listing as enabled for booting to. It may be a failed hard drive also, in that case you need to replace it and install Windows clean again.
