boot from cd toshiba j50

I can't set up my toshiba j50 to boot from the cd rom,I want to install windows 7,please help.

When you turn it on, watch the bottom of the screen for the F-Key top press that corresponds to 'Select Boot Device' and press it.
If you dont press it in time just reboot again since now you know what to press...
