Boot, Toshiba, Windows, Linux, Rufus, USB

Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop, and I've had Ubuntu OS on it, but now I want to install Windows 7 on it again...
But there is an issue, It is not booting from USB Flash drive.. I've tried rufus to create usb bootable device, changed my booting priorities right( USB is first), but nothing seems to help. It's only showing "No bootable device -- Insert boot disk and press any key, I've also tried changing the boot order by F12 but it didnt helped... Also I tried both USB 3.0 and 2.0... Nothing changed.. Please help me...

Try using the official MS utility to make the boot disk, test your media on another system to make sure it works.
