Bose 101 outdoor speaker parts

How do you take apart the bose 101 outdoor speaker? Mine just stopped working completley...not even a crackle. Tim

You PULL the grill off carefully, then unscrew the speaker.
However it's probably not worth it to buy parts from Bose.
A speaker supply house is a better choice, because BOSE will charge you through the NOSE.

yes the screws are located inside the grill . i have owned a pair of 101's and got into them at some point . bose used 1 ohm drivers in these and they had a resistor across the + and - at the driver connection inside to get a 4 ohm impedance . if that resistor is bad , i haven't a clue as to where you would get one or what value to try and replace it with , which if your drivers are blown , that may be the reason why
