I've got a series iv 901 set, but the equalizer appears to be shot - non working, the monitor light on does not go on.

I'd be interested - do you by chance have any used ones indecent shape - I really don't want to spend a 100.00.

Never owned them myself but they sure were the rage in the 80s.

Hi --

I have a vintage Bose 901 Series IV equalizer. Have had it stored in my house for a long time, and just found it during a clean-up. It's seems to be in great shape -- only imperfection I can find is one very faint scratch on the top side of the brushed metal front piece. The red light turns on when I plug it in, and the buttons and slides work smoothly. There's one listed on ebay right now for $139, but I'm not trying to break the bank. Does anyone have a fair offer for this one?
